We want your first visit to feel calm, welcoming, and easy. Here's what to expect when you come to see us.

Before your appointment
If you have dental insurance, please bring your card. We'll ask you to fill out a short medical history form — you can do this in the office, or call us and we'll email it ahead of time. Please arrive about 10 minutes early on your first visit.

During your visit
Your initial visit includes a comprehensive oral exam by Dr. Aiello, digital x-rays as needed, periodontal evaluation, and an oral cancer screening. We'll take the time to listen to your concerns and answer your questions.

Your treatment plan
After the exam, Dr. Aiello will review what he found, walk through any recommended treatment, explain your options, and give you a clear picture of cost and insurance coverage. There's no pressure — we want you to feel fully informed before deciding anything.

What to bring
Your insurance card, a photo ID, a list of current medications, and the name of your previous dentist (if you have one) so we can request your records.
